    Look out 4:30! It looks like me in all my sweaty, stinky glory will be crashing your party today (if I get all my work-chores done on time). Sorry, 6:30, I can’t carry the torch this week…

      A. Worked up to 53#
      B. Ditto. Form was not there today.
      C. 18:28 of sweaty mess. Started with 45# the first round but dropped to 35# in order to finish within the hour. Last time (I think) I did Nancy was 12/2011 and I got 20:30 with 15#.
      How did 5:30 go? Did anyone show up for 6:30? Just curious, and I clearly have no other life to speak of…
