B1. Bent Over Row 3×6 AHAP. Minimal to no rest after Rows.
B2. 20 second flex hang (supinated grip) x 3. Rest up to 2-3 min between sets.
C. 5 RFT [T10/C14]:
Bear Crawl 50m (down and back 25m x 2)
12 Dumbbell Snatches (45-60/30-40)*
*For the DB Snatches, athlete must demonstrate control with the DB to the ground (no dropping). DB Starts from the floor. Beginners can start from hang.
