A2. Def. Pushup (5xME – AFAP). (Target >5 reps). Hands & feet under 45#. Rest up to 2 min after A2.*
*For both of these, there is no rest in between your sets. If the barbell stops at all, the set is over. Hands & feet under 45# for A2. Beginners new to BP should perform (5×5 @ a challenging wt).
