    So lucky to get a workout in with the mob this morning thanks to Kim’s great coaching!

    ok, sneaky metcon/strength portion…i was breathing heavy by round 4

    A. 120# for cleans and worked to keep pistols and burpees under 22s

    Definitely a metcon in disguise – good to see the morning mob again.

    A: 115#
    B: 10:09. I hate metcon’s with deadlifts. I like deadlifts, but I don’t like trying to do them fast. I also hate double unders, but that’s an entirely different story.

    :40 for the weekly challenge so-far. I’ve got at least 1 minute in me, will retry later this week.

    Two things happened today: 1) Burpees and I reached an understanding. It’s been a long time coming and I think we can be friends soon. 2) I hit 20 unbroken DUs!! Woot!

    A. 150#. I really liked this format as a way to get some technique work in. This was definitely a little bit of a ‘sneaky’ workout like Kris had mentioned.
    B. 4:31 Rx. Took my sweet sassy molassy time on my 4th round of DL and did too much looking at the bar.

    Then Kris came in and basically twisted my arm into doing “Nasty Girls”. 10:31 Rx which is a PR by about 2:30.
