A2. Legless Rope Climb as high as you can manage across all 6 rds.  (6×1)

A3. ME L sit (feet off floor) (6×1)

B. AMRAP 10 min:

    Big mob this AM, disappointed by the lack of posts.

    A1: 175#, ran out of time, could probably have added 5-10# more
    A2: Check. tried legless once, did the rest with legs to work on rope climbing in general
    A3: 1:55 total

    B: 2 rounds + 400m, 135#, abmat situps

    C: Need to give this a shot. My 1RM *may* be near my bodyweight at this point.

    A2. Three full legless rope climbs (never tried this before)

    The rest of it was forgettable but the ankle is feeling better so hopefully I’ll be back up to snuff soon.

    PS Waking up at 5 after not doing it for a month sucks.

    A1. 90# – 7# more than my 1RM. Woot.
    A2. Practice and such
    A3. 1:45
    B. 2+200m, 58#
    C. Not today.

    A1. 130# for 2.6 reps 😛 Definitely still a 2RM.
    A2. Fun! I had enough grip to do a couple of pull-ups with my body weight.
    A3. Total 2:26?
    B. 2+200m, 65#, abmat sit-ups
    C. See A1 lulz

    Also decided I could scurry up the rope for the first time today, so I did, TWICE! That was an exciting line to cross for sure!!

      I also believe this is the first time any of our athletes have claimed to ‘scurry’ anywhere.

      I’m in favor of scurrying.
