*Prioritize COVP Pullups before ‘butterfly’.

    B. I played here, watched lots.
    C. 4 rds running, 66 pullups w/ blue band. Thanks Jen for pushing me through my last set – I didn’t realize I had those in me.
    It may be time for me to breakup with the blue band, we’ve had a good run but it may be time for me to move on.

    A. Been a while on these. Good to get back. Topped out at 85#
    B. Worked on my brand-spankin-new kipping pull-up form with Dunsey.
    C. 5 rounds + 200M. 39 total unassisted pull-ups, and my first 10 unbroken ever! Woo 🙂

    A. Worked up to 55#.
    B. We got a late start so this kinda got squeezed out.
    C. Got 18 unassisted pull-ups in 6 rnds.
