    This was a fun WOD!

    A. 63#. Still working on squat mobility, but managed to load the bar a bit finally, even if it was light.
    B. P.U. indeed. Only 37. Some day…
    C. Paired with Carly. My bar was at 145#. We made 6 rounds plus 6 reps. T2B proved difficult a day after my pull-ups victory.

    Sorry Lei, I have some back-posting to do…

    A. 73# (I’m gonna have to check what my OHS 1RM is…this might be close if not over…)
    B. 41, Rx.
    C. Because I made it for the “community” class I got to WOD with some awesome newbie folks. Although she was supposed to stop at 8:00 while I kept going, my partner rocked it for 10 min, helping me reach 6 rnds + 4 DLs by 12 min. Bar at 145#, T2B, and 20# slamball.
