    The mob was back in action this morning! Great job to all the fresh elements grads who came and toughed some new movements, and to the vets for welcoming them and showing how it’s done!

    A1: 135#
    A2: 24#
    B: did some stuff. can consistently kick up to a HS, can’t do a pushup
    C: 2+18, box HSPU’s, 95# OHS

    Shoulders were sufficiently thrashed after today’s workout

    C. 8:09 (or 9:08… I honestly don’t remember any more) Scaled with – ring rows, Box & 33#.
    D. More negatives. Yea.

    A1. Used 78#.
    A2. Did negatives.
    B. Had a really good handstand hold! Don’t know how long, though…
    C. 10:03 with rope climbs, box HSPU, and 43#.

    First off, this is worth saying here. Kim is a wonderful addition to the coaching staff, and it’s great to continue the tradition of truly awesome coaches. It’s been refreshing having a new voice yelling encouragement behind us 🙂

    A1. 90#
    A2. Got all chin-ups but last set, where I jumped up to neg.
    B. I worked on not falling on my melon and getting into a handstand every time. Post-WOD I got two Abmats and managed to get an ascent, but descent was completely foreign to my brain and I ditched out instead.
    C. Capped out with 2 rounds plus rope climb and 10 hspu, toes on box, 53#.
