WOD 08 20 13

A. Handstand balance practice (bailing/walking/kicking up to handstand/shoulder touches).

B. EMOM (20 min):

Even: 5-15 Pushups (perfect form)

Odd: 1-8 Strict Pullups/Body Rows

C. For time:

Run 1 mile

D. Rest to >80% recovery: 30 Burpees

E. Rest to >80% recovery: 50 squats

    What a fun, challenging day today!

    A. Check. Definitely getting better at getting up and staying put.
    B. 63 push ups, 20 pull-ups
    C. 7:43, definite lifetime PR.

    E. 1:33, knee was VERY unhappy

    Special shout out to new face Taylor for sticking with the mile and running it in!! Today wasn’t easy and she still left with a smile 🙂
