120 KB swings (53/35)
90 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
60 GHD Situps
30 Pullups (Adv: Strict)
Finish with 400m team Run

    Tough one today, especially after an exceptionally fun Friday night bowling! Thanks to Kris for picking up my slack.

    A1. 65#. Felt pretty good overall, though form-wise I think I could have done with some more weight.

    A2. Scritch the Kittens was fun, and WAY stronger than last time we did this. Almost had it from dead hang.

    B. 22:52. Fun, challenging, and awful, all at the same time 🙂
