Starting next week, for the month of Sept, we will adding a 7AM class to Mondays and Thursdays as a trial.

 

WOD 08 26 13

A1. Back Squat 5×5 @ 75%

A2. Box Jump 5×5 (box @ Mid-Thigh height).  Land each jump as tall as possible, step off.

B. Weighted Chinup 3 sets for max reps.  Use a weight to allow for >5 reps/set.

C. For time [C12]:

10 Strict Pullups

30 HSPU (sub pushup)

50 T2B

70 OH Walking Lunge (45/35) *Alternating

    Rough one today. I think my pulling finally needs a break.
