A1. Back Squat 5×5 @ 75%
A2. Box Jump 5×5 (box @ Mid-Thigh height). Land each jump as tall as possible, step off.
B. Weighted Chinup 3 sets for max reps. Use a weight to allow for >5 reps/set.

30 HSPU (sub pushup)
70 OH Walking Lunge (45/35) *Alternating
