WOD 09 19 13

A1. Deadlift (10@45%, 10@55%, 8@60%, 8@65%, 8@70%)  Sets should be T&G if possible.  If form is inconsistent, perform (4×5) with a reset after each rep at a challenging weight.

A2. Handstand Hold 5 sets (10-40 sec).  (Sub shoulder touches on box)

B. 3RFT:

15 DL (275/185) *use (65%)

12 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

9 Clapping Pushups

    Sorry I missed the Gang this morning :/ I had to be out too late to reasonably make it in alive.

    I was gone for a week so obviously I expected everyone to be waiting on me when I got to 6:30 last night. It was just me, Kim and Jose! I suppose pulling 89 deadlifts scared folks off. I just wanted to report that I have very minor lower back strain today after using 185 in the wod…that is a PR for $. I did modify the push-ups to the knee so that I could do them fast and explosive. Finished in 8:05. Kim finished 3min faster and didn’t modify anything. She’s neat.
