A2. Strict Dip (3 sets for max total reps. Do not hit muscle failure)
A3. Strict Pushup (3 sets for max total reps. Pushups are unbroken – no ‘resting’ within the set, again, no muscle failure. Stop once you feel like you are slowing down)
A1, A2, A3 are meant to be done with <30 seconds rest between each.
B. 10 min AMRAP:

15 KB Swings
30 Double Unders (sub 8 burpees)
