    its a good thing I got my workout in early in the morning, I am really stiffening up from yesterday and don’t know that I could have done it had I come in this afternoon…
    A. 155#
    B. checkish – back and hammies were tired from DL so didn’t get all the way through
    C. 4+5 cleans @125# did bar MU with purple and red band
    best part of today was seeing my good friend KH do 2 consecutive MU in a metcon right in front of me 🙂

    C. 5+5 Rx. MU u/b but cleans got heavy after 3rd round.

    A) 225 it was light and easy, having not worked out for nearly a week I just felt out of shape and groggy
    B) done, body weight GOD’S are getting easy
