  • Interm: [Hang Power Clean + 2 FS]
  • Rx: [Hang Squat Clean + FS + T&G Squat Clean + FS + Jerk]

B. 4 RFT:

Run 200m

5 Clean (165/115)

5 Muscle Ups (2 Pullups+2 Dips per MU)

    A. Rx complex. Didn’t push weight for form. Got to 95#
    B. 16:49, 85#, purple band ring dips.
    Tough met con today, but felt good to get through it.

    I hope many of you can make it to our show this weekend. I’ll miss you all till Monday morning.

    way to go greg!!!
    so it’s one of those workouts that doesn’t look so bad but then is killer to do…. wait that is all of them :/
    thanks for the sunshine shout out, but this m-w-f threw me off, I had made arrangements for Thursdays at 7 🙁
