A. Snatch Balance (5×2 AHAP)/OHS (5×3 at challenging weight)

B. 10 minutes to work on Handstands.  If comfortable, attempt to establish a max distance HS walk.

If new, attempt to get comfortable kicking up to handstand or supporting a load (feet on box)

C. 12 min:

60 Wallballs (20/14)

With rem. time, AMRAP

12 Pullups

9 T2B

6 Thrusters (115/80)

Adv: 20′ HS walk after each round.  (Either do this or skip this.)
