A. Every 90 sec: 2 FS x 6 sets. (Set 1 = 50% FS 1RM). Add weight each set, do not miss any sets. If 1 set takes >20 sec, do not add weight.
B. EMOM: 1 FS x 6 sets. Add weight each set, do not hit failure.
With a running clock,
C1: Every 4 min: (200m run x 5).
C2: Immediately after run, Perform 7 burpees + 1 set of CTB Pullup (Adv: MU).
Score for C1 = slowest 400m time. Score C2 = Total pullups
