I feel like this “finger button” can be a highly popular trend and be seen on many websites in the near future. Great for touch screens! thanks phil for doing a great job on the website!

    A. OHS 210 x 1 for a five lb PA.
Then, naturally, I made a reckless jump to 225, but couldn’t lock it out overhead.
Screwed my head back on straight, lowered the weight, and Overhead Squatted 215 x 1. Lifetime PA by ten pounds.
    B. Dear Seamus, Troy, and Dennis:
Sean and I paired up and knocked this baby out in 19:45, no big deal. Mine Rx, his slightly scaled back. It was equitable except for the wall balls where Sean did the lion’s share of the work. Thanks, fella. Impressive effort.

I hear the morning mob has their own ways of dealing with smack-talking chumps.

Chump, eh? You wanna settle this with another burpee-off?

Awesome Phil! 85lb HSB and a (somewhat messy) 95lb OHS (10lb PR). 16:09 on the metcon with Nails.

Overhead squats are your jam, C*.
They’ll only improve as you get stronger too because the flexibility and raw athleticism is already there.

Tackled this one with my hubby at 630. modified some of the movements, but what I realized is even at almost 8 months pregnant I am still somehow faster than Seth…had to pick up his slack on lunges, and somehow managed to finish my half of all the movements faster than him…this is probably why he does not like doing partner WODs with me 🙂 we finished in 17:04

Ha…I remember Seth muttering something to me while he was collapsed down on the ground afterwards to the effect of “I hate doing team WODs with her…”

Watched the syndicate put some serious weight overhead. Think I counted 6 people that put up PA weights.

I was most impressed with the technique I saw in Forboss as well as the improvement on the OHS from M1

Not one of my better days…
    —————————————
    OHS 1RM = 75#
Metcon with Forboss (who carried my sorry ass on most movements) was 18:08. 12# wallballs, 35# KB, pistols w/ green band. Overhead lunges and GHDs had to be scaled mid-WOD to 25# and abmat sit-ups due to a fatigued psoas/ab.
