CLASS CANCELLATION NOTICE: To prepare for our event on Saturday, 11/2, we will be cancelling all WODs on Friday, November 1st.  No morning or evening classes on that day, and all of our regular classes will be cancelled on Saturday November 2nd due to the competition.  If you show up on Friday for a workout, we might put you to work (but in a different way than we usually do!)  Seriously…this might happen.

A1. Bench Press (5@75%, 5@78%, 5@78%, 5@80%)

A2. Weighted Chin up: 4xME.  If you have more than 12, add weight to target 6-8 reps.

B. AMRAP 12

10 Front Squats (125/85)
10 Box Jumps (30″/24″).  Step down.
10 COVP Pullups

At 2:00, 4:00, 6:00, 8:00, perform 1 rope climb.
