    A. 315
    B. 95
    C. 135 (20 Burpbees).
    Hit the wall on first set – going past 20 Burpbees taxed endurance too much…
    Thanks to Kris for solo coaching session…

          Today I squatted 240 5×5. It was hard and I felt sorry for myself. Then I decided I was going to beat Troy’s metcon score of 135. I even did some of my situps on the ab-mat to get the edge.
          I only got 128 though and now Troy is going to be all

          I think the best part of this post is that by the time you finish reading the text the pause in the walk is over and picks up again.

    Super depressed about Fantasy Football today. Damn it, Nate.
    “Four of the five losses for Flower Petals this season have come when their opponent had their highest-scoring week of the season.”
    “Flower Petals had the highest losing score in the league this season with 167.24 points.”
    “The margin of victory for the matchup ended up being the smallest in the league this week at 12.48 points.”

        true story! when the last piece of delicious cake is at stake, WCW world heavyweight champion Ric Flair will take on any horrific sea creatures that stand in his way. the giant squid pictured here is no exception.

        this image is a digital collage from my original ink drawings and vintage cookbook pages. it is printed with archival pigment inks on smooth, uncoated 80 lb. cover stock. printed area measures 8 inches by 10 inches, paper size is 8.5 inches by 11 inches.

          Troy, to the right of your image source, write:
          width=”100%”
          then, close it off normally with a >
          This confines your image to width of its containing frame and auto-adjusts the height.
