A. In 40 minutes, use

3 official attempts to establish a max Clean & Jerk]
*This WOD will run like an Olympic Weightlifting competition, where the weight on the bar will only increase. (Set up 1 M and 1 W bar), with the last snatch occurring before the first C&J. Lifters will get 2 minutes to follow themselves and 1 minute to follow someone else. Olympic Weightlifting movement standards apply. 3 referees per lift if possible.
B. For time:
“Grace”: 30 C&J (135/95). Movement standard is simply: GTO.
