C (P). Clean 4×4. 4 singles, not T&G. Rest 2 min
C (F). Deadlift 5×5 (moderate load)

 

D. FT [C12]: 8! of
S-HSPU
BBO (24″/20″)
DL (275/185)

 

E (optional) : Jerk Dip @ 120% Jerk 1RM (5×5).  Bar should not leave the shoulder.  Work on keeping torso vertical and tight.
