Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule:

W 10/21: Normal hours

Th 10/22: 9AM, 10AM

F 10/23: 9AM, 10AM

Sa, Sun: Normal weekend hours

Starting 11/26 (next Monday, we will be going through a dedicated strength cycle which will last at least at least a month).  The primary training days will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.  Details to come.

    Had a great time with the 5:30 today! I’m loving all these football warmups we’ve been doing, Chef. It makes me feel like I’m in Remember the Titans… Before they were good 🙂
