B. FT [C7]: 50 Ring Dips/Pushups

C. FS: 2×4 @ 65%.

D. 3 Rounds:

2 min of KBS (53/35)

1 min of KBS (70/53) *Russian

20 ft HS Walk (sub 20 sec HS Hold).

Score has two components: Total reps at both KB weights, Total time.

    A. FSs feeling much better these days now that my hip is on the mend. got to 8 reps ME at 115#
    B. Yuck after all of yesterday’s arms. 6:48, purple band.
    C. 95#
    D. Don’t remember the numbers. Handstand felt good the first round, but arms gave out afterward and moved to box.
