Dirty D’s was not present today, but his spirit was alive and well at the 6AM.

Thank you to the 6AM guys and gal for the warm welcomes and support. Nancy was rough but I am OK with a newbie (never lifted until this month) time of 22:23.

Hmmmm…pretty sure I will make to the 10am class. Flag football is a 50:50 shot right now. Jeremy is still sore & walking funny and I have to cook. We’ll see… I’m a big fat ‘maybe’. 😉

did a scaled version of Nancy today, only ran 200m instead of 400m as per Lei’s suggestion which I think was for the best, especially since i haven’t really done much running in the last few months
Finished in 14:15, with 65lbs (all unbroken!) OHS and 200m runs
oh and did 26 burpees on 45lb plates in the 3mins
