A. Jerk Balance (4×2)
B. OTM [7]: 7×2 PP (Climbing). 2 sec pause at lockout on 2nd rep.
C. OTM [5]: HSC + BK-HSC (floating) (5×1, climbing)  Start with final load from B.
D. OTM [4]: Clean (4×2)

E. 6 rds of: {1:15/0:45}:

F6 (P9) Pullups
F6 (P9) Pushups
F6 (P9) Squats

AMRAP C&J (135/95)

Perform (F) 6-6-6 or (P) 9-9-9 and with time remaining each round max C&J (135/95).

    just ran across this…. average strength for 66,000 individuals
    Women
    Bench press: 47% of BW for 3 sets of 12 reps
    Squat: 76% of BW for 3 sets of 12 reps
    Deadlift: 69% of BW for 3 sets of 10 reps
    Bench press: 66% of BW for 3RM
    Squat: 94% of BW for 3RM
    Deadlift: 102% of BW for 3RM
    Men
    Bench press: 78% of BW for 3 sets of 12 reps
    Squat: 93% of BW for 3 sets of 12 reps
    Deadlift: 101% of BW for 3 sets of 10 reps
    Bench press: 94% of BW for 3RM

    When I glanced quickly at this workout I read “pumpkins and squash” instead of “pullups/ pushups and squats” 🙂 Happy Thanksgiving!
