Here’s what we will be doing through the new year!

 

WOD 12 02 13

A1. Back Squat: (5 @ 59%, 5@ 68%, ME@ 77%).  Target 10+ reps.

A2. Strict Pullups: 4 sets for max reps across all 4 sets. (not a ME each set)

B. For time:

21 BS (50%)

20 Pullups

1 Prowler push (+135/+90)

15 BS (50%)

20 Pullups

1 Prowler push (+135/+90)

9 BS (50%)

20 Pullups

1 Prowler push (+135/+90)

    You’ve heard about it, you’ve talked extensively about it, you’ve even dreamed about it (of course), and now the wait is finally almost over. Behold, the triumphant return of TFoots to the gym!!!
    That’s right, we’re home and I’m just itching to get back in to WOD with y’all. I am just giving this pesky foot tendonitis a couple more days to heal… You heard right. TenderFoots has a tender foot. 😉 Hehehe… see you soon!!

    Not sure I’m going to be able to walk down the stairs tomorrow — hurts so good!

    A1: 26(!) at 145lb (77% of 188). Maybe it’s time to increase that 1RM guesstimate!
    A2: 6 strict chinups across 3 sets (pullup program)
    B: 11:30 with 95lb BS / 5 negative pullups / 135lb prowler
    Finished my pullup program work (misc flexed hangs) after the wod

    No, I didn’t fill up the tub with ice as Sarah said. Yes, my ass hurts. Now I gotta come back for more tonight.
