And unfortunately the flu vaccine this year isn’t covering the most common strains. There are lots of people getting the flu who got their flu shots earlier this fall. Even if you got your flu shot like a good kiddo, you’re still at risk. Sorry, this might repeat what the article says but it’s too early for me to be reading articles!

    A. Pressed 6 @ 120. Last one was a grind.
    B. Got a few singles. My goodness, what a difference a couple 45’s makes.
    C. Even minutes were Rx, sort of. I did the movements, but dropped once. And in the later rounds, I was definitely letting my feet rest a little between reps. Legit?
Odd minutes, I increased the weight each round. Started at 95 and finished at 175.

Solid work buddy – your buzzer beating snatch and the subsequent OHS was puuuurty.

Alright. I’m officially going to try to post comments more regularly!

    A. Press = 8 @ 107
    B. Had one good kipping HSPU, then moved to working the negatives
    C. Red band on the pullups, and regular T2B.
Started Snatch/OHS at 85 lbs and went up to 95 lbs which was barely workable by the last round!

      Awesome Tim!

      Your snatches definitely have improved!

    A. 6@125
    B. Worked a few sets of HSPU but most of my time was spent psyching myself out for the snatches. Should have stayed more focused.
    C. Completed all the even minutes, and made all snatches except the last @ 165 (155 prior)
