1 gymnastics goat of choice: 4-7 Pushups/Dips, Kipping pullup, 2-4 RMU

 

B. T(4-6): Team L-sit, D-ball/Stone hold.

For (6:00-8:00)

1 athlete always L-sitting

1 athlete always holding a D-ball (anyhow)
