    Sleep-walked to the gym this morning and caught a workout with a strangely energized 6am group. Not sure what they have for breakfast, but I suspect it’s amphetamine-based.

    A1-A3. Took er easy due some ancient shoulder discomfort that’s rearing its head again.
    B. 25 slam balls, Rx. Ring dips were kipping and had to be broken up quite a bit.
    Dennis murdered this metcon with “80 something” slam balls. Holy smokes!

    Kudos to the ladies who hit triple digits in the 5:30 WOD!

    A1: 5@45,55,65#
    A2: 3×8 @ 20#
    A3: 9, 7, 6 Pullups

    B: 31 Slams @ 30#, 1 red band on my walker-dips

    Ground-out my posterior chain on the foam rollers before I left the gym and again when I got home. Currently icing my lumbar as I type.

    Oops! I was so destroyed after this WOD I totally forgot to post my results… Let’s see if I can remember…
