HOW DO I GET STARTED?

There are generally two ways to join our gym:
  • OPTION 1: THE BEGINNERS COURSE (If you don’t have prior CrossFit experience)

    • We learn about you and your goals
    • We get you ready to enter group classes. We introduce many of the movements seen in group classes, and familiarize yourself with the proper form and modifications for you to execute these movements safety.
    • We work with you in a 1-1 environment over the course of (3) 1-hour sessions. Sessions are scheduled by appointment.
    • Cost: $180*
    • REGISTER FOR THE BEGINNERS COURSE HERE

    • When you register, your first 30 days of group class membership will be included in your registration. This first month does not begin until after you complete your BEGINNERS COURSE.
  • OPTION 2: 1-1 ATHLETE ASSESSMENT (If you have at least 6 months of prior CrossFit experience)

    • The 1-1 ATHLETE ASSESSMENT is designed for us to learn about you and for us to introduce the gym to you in a single session. Sessions are scheduled by appointment and last 60-75 minutes.

    • We learn about you and your goals.

    • We assess considerations for prior/existing physical limitations or injuries in our common movements.

    • We assess movement quality seen in group classes.

    • Cost: $75*

    • REGISTER FOR THE 1-1 ATHLETE ASSESSMENT HERE

*When you register for your 1-1 athlete assessment, your first 30 days of group class membership will be included in your registration. Your 1-1 assessment will be scheduled as soon as we are able after your registration.
*Class rates and options are subject to change.   All (3) 1-1 sessions are scheduled by appointment. There is a $50 fee assessed for any ‘no-shows’ or missed appointments.  Payments for specific sessions cannot be transferred to other sessions and are non-refundable.  Appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. There is a $20 fee for any appointment cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice.
