HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Register for a Trial class

Once you decide you’d like to join, there are generally two ways to join our gym:

  • OPTION 1: INDIVIDUAL BEGINNERS COURSE (If you don’t have prior CrossFit experience)

    • You will work with a trainer in a 1:1 setting over (3) 1-hour sessions. Sessions are scheduled by appointment.
    • We learn about you and your goals. We assess your physical state and individual considerations that are specific to you.
    • We get you ready to enter group classes. We introduce and teach movements seen in group classes. We provide specific modifications for you to execute these movements safety.
    • Cost: $179*
    • At the conclusion of your course, you will select which membership option you’d like to start with.
    • Register for Beginner's Course
  • OPTION 2: 1-1 ATHLETE ASSESSMENT (If you have at least 12 months of prior CrossFit experience)

    • The 1-1 ATHLETE ASSESSMENT is designed for us to learn about you and for us to introduce the gym to you in a single session. Sessions are scheduled by appointment and last 60-75 minutes.
    • We learn about you and your goals.
    • We assess considerations for prior/existing physical limitations or injuries in our common movements.
    • We assess movement quality seen in group classes.
    • Cost: $79*
    • *At the conclusion of your course, you will select which membership option you’d like to start with.

*Class rates and options are subject to change.   All (3) 1-1 sessions are scheduled by appointment. There is a $50 fee assessed for any ‘no-shows’ or missed appointments.  Payments for specific sessions cannot be transferred to other sessions and are non-refundable.  Appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. There is a $20 fee for any appointment cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice.
