What to expect in class:

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of each class.  A coach will be leading the class through the workout of the day (WOD) and help make modifications as needed.  All classes are one hour long.

Class Schedule:

  • M: 6:30AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM, 5:45PM

  • T: 6:30AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM, 5:45PM

  • W: 6:30AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM, 5:45PM

  • TH: 5:30PM

  • F: 6:30AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM, 5:45PM

  • SAT:  9:00AM, 10:30AM

  • SUN: 10AM – 12PM Open Gym

All classes are 75 minute classes (includes 15 min dedicated to clean up)

One quick note….. If you think CrossFit is too intense and not for you, please come in and give it a try. All of our workouts can be modified for ANY individual!
