What to expect in class:

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of each class.  A coach will be leading the class through the workout of the day (WOD) and help make modifications as needed.  All classes are one hour long.

  • W:   5:30AM  6:30AM  11:45AM*  4:30PM  5:30PM  6:30PM

  • Th:           6:00AM                                 4:30PM  5:30PM  6:30PM

  • F:    5:30AM  6:30AM  11:45AM*    4:30PM  5:30PM

  • Sa:  9:00AM  10:00AM** (Free Trial Class)

  • Su:  11:00AM – 1:00PM (Open Gym)

Please let us know if you plan to attending our trial class!  Anyone can come, so you can bring your family or friends!  Plan to arrive at 9:45AM.

One quick note….. If you think CrossFit is too intense and not for you, please come in and give it a try. All of our workouts can be modified for ANY individual!
