What to expect in class:

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of each class.  A coach will be leading the class through the workout of the day (WOD) and help make modifications as needed.  All classes are one hour long.

All classes are socially distanced and held on premises in our parking lot. Classes are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather (check the blog 1 hr prior to class)

Class Schedule:

  • M: 12:00PM, 5:30PM

  • T:  5:30PM

  • W: 12:00PM, 5:30PM

  • TH: 5:30PM

  • F:  12:00PM, 5:30PM

  • SAT:  9:30AM

  • SUN:  9:30AM

All classes are 75 minute classes (includes 15 min dedicated to clean up)

One quick note….. If you think CrossFit is too intense and not for you, please come in and give it a try. All of our workouts can be modified for ANY individual!
