Came in later than posted hours to play around. Brought my dog and made sure she didn’t poop on the floor, unlike yesterday (don’t worry it was by the side entrance and I cleaned it up).
Started with some hellacious/effective mobility work that this week’s 4:30 class can look forward to.
Next, I wanted to see how my squat form changed as I added weight, so I took slo-mo vids of 3×45, 3×135, and 3×225. I took video of heavier weight as well, but by the time I racked and started squatting, time was up. Pretty interesting (to me).
I also squatted some singles up to 295 (98% of my 1RM). Felt great, but I didn’t want to go heavier without a couple people on either side of the bar.
Also did some heavy snatches from the floor followed by tall snatches (starts at the high hang, then straight into a squat snatch). Worked up to 155, which is definitely a PA. Then snatched 175 a couple times as I kept missing that weight yesterday. (Working on form pays off!)

Started with my “Goals”: 3X3 weighted chin-up double negatives and 30 each leg of weighted pistols.
Did the WOD from Friday, 1/25:
A. Only got 1 @ 65# (?!?)
B. 10:26 for the T2Bs/HPC+push press and 14 reps for the ME BF Burpees
Then I worked on some Double-Unders… NEW PA of 14 UNBROKEN!! WOOT WOOT!
