WOD 02 12 14
With a running clock, for 20 minutes, EMOM:
A1. Even: 1×3 FS (Start with 70%). Add weight as comfort level increases.
A2. Odd: Perform a total of 4-10 dynamic/clapping pushups. Make these as challenging as you can while maintaining a tight core (hands off floor/clapping/chest touch). Work on standard pushups if these are still a weakness for you, ie. <6 consecutive perfect reps.
B. AMRAP 12

12 Pushups
15 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

What year was this wod from? 2011?
Yes, it’s based on one from 2011, but they were performed with hand release push-ups and also was 15 minutes.

A1. Worked at my 70%, 115# and stayed there
A2. 5x dynamic
B. 6+7 @ 95#. After Monday these were mostly step ups so I could stay alive.

I thought it was pretty familiar…this was my first year doing the open and it was my most favorite of all the wods…

B. 9+14 @105 (bc math is hard)
