A. 10 min to find a 3RM strict weighted pullup
B. 10 min to find a 3RM strict ring dip (Adv: MU)
C. 10 min to find a max distance broad jump (measure heel to heel)
D. 4 min (0:00-4:00): AMRAP of Burpee, KB Swings (53/35)
E. 4 min (4:00-8:00): AMRAP of T2B, Thruster (45/35)
F. 4 min (8:00-12:00): AMRAP of Pushups, Deadlift (185/135)
G. *Advanced Extra Credit: 2 min (12:00-16:00): AMRAP of Pistols, MU
In parts D, E, and F, 3 person teams will work on each set of movements during the specified time interval. During that time interval, one person is working on each movement, and the three teammates can switch at any time. A maximum of two people can be working at a time. I.e. During the first 4 minutes, teammates A, B, and C complete as many reps of burpees and KB as possible. Score total reps of D, E and F separately. G is treated as extra credit. D, E, F, G is run with a running clock and there is no programmed rest between sections.
