Combo Birthday WOD (Featuring birthday twins D$ and Liz)!
If anyone is available to help, we will have ourselves a little painting party on Sunday after Open Gym (1PM!) The more people, the merrier (and quicker we can get it knocked out!) There will be food provided!
WOD 10 12 13
A. Find a max 1RM Clean or 3RM T&G Deadlift
B. 10 min to establish 3 sets of max consecutive DU (Score = sum). Use this time as practice!
C. In teams of 2, AMRAP 14:
8 Cleans (135/95)*
12 Synchronized Slamballs (6/person)**
16 Partner Burpees (High five! at top of each rep)**
*One person working at a time
**Both working together. Slamballs must be performed in unison. Number of reps is total reps between the team.
(From 4:00-5:00, 8:00-9:00, 12:00-13:00 both partners will stop to perform max DU. Score the sum as D.)
