The stuff you can buy at the grocery is a bit heavy and sweet for my liking, but I’ve had homemade eggnog and it was fan-effing-tastic (I didn’t make it)
I agree, homemade eggnog is wonderful. Store brand tastes like bubble gum to me? I don’t know why, but I’ve tried it on multiple occasions, so I don’t think it wasn’t a “bad batch”.
Egg nog is amazing. There I posted.
Anyone have a recipe for the homemade tuff?

Eggnog is great…especially when mixed with coffee ice cream, bourbon and espresso….Barbara Hestand specialty :)….
Side note…if anybody is interested, I will be in the gym working out at 6am tomorrow and all are welcome to join for an hourish for open gym
