Odd: 4-7 PC (135/95)+ 25 DU

Even: 10 WB + 6 STO (135/95)

 

B. OTM [12]

Odd: 5 MU + 15 DU

Even: {0:20/0:40} ME HR Burpee

 

C. OTM [10]

Odd: 1 tough set of ring dips + 1 tough set strict pullups (pull as high as possible).  Minimal rest after dips.

Even: Front Lean on Rings or Parallettes (0:40)
