A. Bench Press (3@63%, 3@72%, ME@81%).  Target >6 reps.

B. 3 Rounds:

AMRAP 2 min
7 STO (115/75)
7 Hang Cleans (115/75)
7 Target Burpees (6″)

C. EMOM (15 min)

1 set of Pushups EMOM for total reps.

    Thanks to the 430 class for making my first class back in almost 5 months awesome! You all made me remember why I love coaching so much, and I didn’t even realize how much I missed it! love you all!

    did part B before my class at 65lbs:
    1+20, 1+18, 1+12
    did part C with the 430s and got 160 pushups!!
    no time for BPing today 🙁
    thanks again for such a welcoming first day back and great job to my whole class on working so hard.

    Fun day! So much I did the pushups twice! 🙂 Was fun watching the next class rock through their met con.

    A. 8@131
    B. 1+7, 1+6, 1+7 @75#
    C. 100! Given I’m very weak with pushups, this was really exciting to hit. I did 75 with the next class, mixed with 150 air squats.

    Welcome back Misty!! you haven’t lost the charm and spark, that often masquerades as bossiness 🙂 you know we like it!!
    A. 9 @ 125
    B. not sure, something like… 1+17, 1+11, 1+13
    C. 142, started out with 7s, perhaps a bit conservative, was worried about fatigue, picked it up to 10 after a few rounds
