Thanks to the 430 class for making my first class back in almost 5 months awesome! You all made me remember why I love coaching so much, and I didn’t even realize how much I missed it! love you all!
did part B before my class at 65lbs:
1+20, 1+18, 1+12
did part C with the 430s and got 160 pushups!!
no time for BPing today 🙁

C. 100! Given I’m very weak with pushups, this was really exciting to hit. I did 75 with the next class, mixed with 150 air squats.
