P – 3/3/5 – Still feeling rough from Sunday, but I hurt in new places which is something fun and new. Kim made me work my butt off, so that’s good 🙂
A. 175#. Head wasn’t in 185. Well off of max.
B. Proper clean pulls are hard. We worked and worked and they didn’t click yet. These directly target my weakness so I’m glad to work to do them right.
C. Worked at 65# throughout. Jelly legs + lifters didn’t make for many DU, but damn did this burn burn BURN. [9]
Devin, Lydia, Rebecca and Lindsey all PRed their front squats in the 430pm class! Congrats!
Niiiiiiice!
