A. 20 min on cleans.  Select:

  • Front Squat: 8×3
  • Hang Power Clean Technique
  • 2 Squat cleans EMOM (5 min), then 1 Squat Clean every 30 sec (8 min).  2 consecutive misses = reduce weight.

B. In teams of 2 with 1PW@T: 5 RFT [C16]:

8 Deadlifts (225/155)

12 Pullups (Adv: CTB)

16 Pistols [Wallballs]

2 Rope Climb

*Partners may switch at any time, but each partner must complete a total of 1 round of each the movements (i.e. one partner cannot complete all Pistols for entire WOD.)
