Today, coaches Kris and Tommy will be competing at the CrossFit Sua Sponte Games held at CrossFit Sua Sponte West. Let’s come out and support them!  Address is 1125 NC-54 #602, Durham, NC 27707.  The event begins at 9:15 but their first heat won’t begin until 10:30AM.  The approximate times of their heats are 10:30AM, 12:30PM, 2:35PM, 5:15PM.
