Oof, tough one in the morning. Thanks to Josh for letting me stumble in and join the class, and for the coaching/cheering on (and for letting me get clean!); thanks to Jenkins and Greg and Sunil for being great workout buddies. And also to Greg for cleaning up all my equip. This is a of thanking happening before 9am.
Since I’m here:
I’m up in the gym just working on my fitness, he’s my witness….I did the Fitness track this morning.
Backsquat – 135, 135, 145, 145, 155
14#WB, moved to 8 rd 4, kipping pulls after rd 2
OHS – 65, T2B moved to floor rd 7 b/c hands, also dying
HSC – 65, 20″
it felt like my quads were going to explode.

did performance this day but my performance was a little lack luster
A. 225…
B. had to do 8 wallballs and 1 mu after two rounds of complete and utter wallball failure…this was terrible.
C. 85# snatch touch and go (yay!)
D. did it…this was the most fun of all the OTM for me…because quads 🙂

Lots of Back squat PRs in the 630pm class!
A. 325
B. Scaled back the WBs to 8 reps, was able to keep 3s on MUs. Kinda testing my shoulder this week after a sprain
C. 135, went to 3s on the last few snatches
D. 155, quad fire.
E. 185 before class
