WOD 02 13 14 – “SNOWPOCALYPSE DAY II” – Do this one at home!  Stay safe and stay off the roads!

A. 10 min: EMOM 1 set of feet elevated push-ups. Shoot for something around 12″-15″ tall. Score is total reps. Standard is “nose/chin almost to deck” I.e put something soft (shirt) on the ground and touch nose/forehead/chin each rep.

B. 7 min AMRAP burpees.  Share videos or email to “info@CrossFitRTP.com”.

    I’m might do this as a PM WOD; My AM WOD was shovel snow to failure; no time cap.

    Shoulders bothering me – did this workout instead (I made it up).

    5 Rounds for time:
    100 SUs
    50 lunges
    25 KBs (24 kg)
    20 situps

    TIME: 15:13

    Did a similar WOD to Alan’s. Mine was AMDAP(as many driveways as possible). Got 1.5 then I was done. Don’t know the time because I had to help catch the kids sledding next door.
