Satana, Narsi, & Ben came in and did work. Narsi bench pressed for the first time, Ben was a rowing machine and Satana conquered box jumps again!
6:30AM Cerdic was the only one to brave the flurries this morning and rocked out the shoulder workout in express fashion to get finished and beat the weather.
