Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

Rx: Each rep will be worth 1 point.

From 0:00-3:00:    2 Rds: 10 OHS (95 / 65 lb.) + 10 CTBPU

From 3:00-6:00: 2 Rds: 12 OHS (95 / 65 lb.) + 12 CTBPU

From 6:00-9:00: 2 Rds: 14 OHS (95 / 65 lb.) + 14 CTBPU…

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

 

Scaled: Each rep will be worth 1 point.

From 0:00-3:00:    2 Rds: 6 OHS (65/45) + 6 Pullups (Chin over bar)

From 3:00-6:00: 2 Rds: 8 OHS (65/45) + 8 Pullups (Chin over bar)

From 6:00-9:00: 2 Rds: 10 OHS (95 / 65 lb.) + 10 Pullups (Chin over bar)

..Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

 

*NOVICE Version – Each rep will count as 0.01 points.

Chin over bar Pullups can be substituted with Ring Rows.

OHS will be loaded at (35/15)

Reps will start at 6-6, then 8-8, then 10-10. (Same as “Scaled”)

 

Athletes WILL BE ALLOWED TO MIX AND MATCH Scaled and Novice movements but the decision cannot be changed after the workout begins.

E.G. Athlete can pair Scaled OHS with Novice Ring Rows.  The OHS will be worth 1 point each and the Ring Row will be worth 0.01 points each.
