B3. Barbell rollout 5×5 or Hollow Hold 5 x 0:15

 

C1. Neutral grip (palms facing each other) pullups on rings 5×8

C2. DB Concentration Curls 5×12 each arm

C3. Hanging straight leg raise (go as high as possible, DO NOT behind hollow) 5×8
