A. Select from either:

  • Snatch Pull (4×2 @ 100%), then Tall Snatch (3×3 using weight allowing quick turnover)
  • (3 BTN Push Press + 1 OHS + 1 Pause OHS) x5 AHAP

B. Bent Over Dumbbell/Plate Reverse Fly (3×12 AHAP).  Knees slightly bent, arms can be slightly bent.

C. 3 Rounds (NFT):

20 DB Push Press (40/30)

15 HLR (strict hanging leg raise)

10 Ring False Grip Pullups (Adv: Strict MU)

2 Prowler Pushes (+45 lbs)
