        For everyone who missed the explanation:
        Why the cat? “I thought the answer to that would be obvious.”
        Why the abmat? “A cat napping next to an abmat nicely summarizes Phil’s approach to CrossFit.”

    Had a very fun day at the box training, coaching, and hanging out with buds.
    A. 4 @ 225 (hip felt ok here)
    B. 4 rounds, Rx (hip uncomfortable on burpees and jerks, but healing quickly.)

    I sure hope that all of you 4:30ers are staring at your swole biceps today!
    I also had a fun day! mostly coaching b/c I had to exercise by myself 😛

    A. and C. I did not have time for, 25mins was just enough time to warm up my sore murph muscles and tackle this metcon
    B. 3 rounds + 8 snatches at 95#
