I was in the loft yesterday (building a fort) when a man-monkey appeared beside me without using the ladder. This GIF accurately represents my surprise:
Came in at 430 for tomorrow’s push presses: 3@165.
Tried this set a few times from the back, which is supposedly easier, but could only get one at a time from there. Thanks, Mitchell for helping me get rid of some wrist discomfort. Magical.
Did 5 overhead squats at 135.
Christine came in at 530 and collaboratedon Murph.

Will have to chew out the webmaster later.)
Anyway. Murph.
We made really good time until the second run by using the 5-10-15 rep scheme for 20 rounds.
The second run ruined me though. I had to walk quite a bit (Christine jogged backwards and was a very supportive partner.)
Somebody left their man panties in the bathroom and they got thrown out. I didn’t think we needed manties in the lost and found. It did prompt me to put my manties on though and try to come at Phil for the challenge. Couldn’t prevail but got 3 @ 135.
Natalia ended up getting a 1RM OHS at 90lbs, Ashley played around with some at 95 and got a few sets of 5 or more, and Greg’s form is rounding into shape!
It’s a great day to try out our Weekly Challenge!

Wait, so you’re saying you got 4 triple-unders in a row?
